Cookies

In short

This website uses strictly necessary cookies and, only if you agree, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies. Until you press “Accept” (or turn analytics on in “Settings”), Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google.

Who is responsible

The controller is Cabinetul de avocat Alina Pufu (Alina Pufu Law Office). Contact: [email protected]. Details about personal data are in the privacy notice.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage

  • ap_consent (local storage in your browser): remembers your cookie choice for 6 months. It contains no identifying data.
  • __cf_bm (Cloudflare): our security and content delivery provider may set it to protect the website against automated traffic; lasts 30 minutes. It is not used to identify or track you.

These do not require consent, because the website cannot operate securely without them (Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004).

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors reach the website.

  • _ga: distinguishes visitors; lasts 13 months.
  • _ga_NK2ZME6CD4: keeps the session state; lasts 13 months.

What we do not do: we do not use advertising, remarketing or Google Signals, and we do not combine this data with other information about you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

On your first visit a banner shows three equal buttons: “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings”. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the rights described in the privacy notice, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Changes

Last updated: 30 October 2026. If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
